The Lux-0-Barge from Down under
Firstly you take a 2000kg barge, often used as limo's here.
Add some brakes and coilovers so it stops and turns.
Add a nice Garrett GT35/40 Turbo, 42lb injectors, upgrade the fuel pump, throw in a comp cams 216/220 @ 114LSA baby cam for good measure.
Add a nice front mount intercooler
and you have a nice street driven (300-400k's a week) limo that does 11's, drives like a stoker, doesnt attract the police and eats RICE morning, noon and night

thing thoes brakes are a little small though!

i would go for some monster 380mm AP or Performance friction discs and some 6/8piston calipers!

Chris.
Price was $12k AU fitted (US$8.7k)
The Brakes do for a daily driver. i use DS2500 race pads and it never see's track work just the drags. Power is 330rwkw (440hp) and huge torque. Kit was designed by Street Tuna who is a member here as well. Im fitting a AVCR boost controller soon and will up the boost from 6psi to around 10-11psi and hopefully see 370rwkw (about 500hp at the wheels)
Ive already killed a stally going from a 3500rpm unit that thinks its a 6000rpm one atm
. looking at going back to a stocker or maybe to a manual T56 with a Texralia clutch. One question though....what size is that TB silcone coupler and where did you get it? I need a 3.5" - 4" on a sharp 90 degree.
Thanks
