Default More dyno #'s ,, 14.5 psi

Drove PurEvl's car to the dyno today and threw it on for some runs on 93 octain. Made some changes to the fuel system which helped get some more power out of it.

Combo
CMS 408
AFR 225's
220/230 Cam
60lb injectors
T88 custom
OBX front mount (doesn't work )
9" with locker 3.73 gears

So now we will be installing a second pump,72lb injectors and the Edelbrock intake.I'm sure we can run 15-16lbs on pump gas

I'm shooting for 850-900hp on 93 octain--Just for a dyno # since it will never hook on the street.

Then we are going to put some good gas in there and shoot for 1000+hp for some laughs.

What were the intake tempslooking like Don??
What did ya change on the fuel system for thise runs vice the first ones ya did??

whats the a.r on that turbo it spools late, doesnt it. great numbers, keep it up. truck manifolds who would have thought,

Intake temp maxed at 90 degree's but this is only dyno load.

For the fuel system we just hooked up the vacuum port off the regulater so it just rises under boost,no vacuum.Worked for another 140hp on dyno load.Doubt it would hold the 14lbs on the street though.Thats why we are adding a second pump.

On the dyno it does since it's not a load dyno.Also the A/F was 10.5-1 from 3000rpm to 5200rpm.This isn't the final tuning at all.I would expect a quicker spool and A/F around 11.8-1 when I'm done which should easilly gain 50-80hp in the midrange

gotcha. so with a mustang dyno it would be a different story right? you are the man i will give ya that. thats just a little bit better than with the sts right

Nice numbers Don! I thought you might have had a little more in those injectors than what you posted before.

So what DC are you seeing with the 60# injectors at this power/boost level? Who makes 72# injectors? I know RC makes 75's, but I didn't know anyone made a high imp. 72?

Congrats on the incredible numbers!


BTW, when are you guys going to get a load dyno?!?!?
