Lightbulb Custom t70 rear mount...

Ok ive been on this site forever just never registered or anything so now that im on here..and im doin somewhere semi worthwhile to my car i need everyones advice. I currently have a MasterPower T70 with a .96 housing...im going to run everything similar to the STS just im going to do it custom. My question is what else would i need so that in the end i have a nice kit that doesnt cause major problems...
**BTW my motor is STOCK I KNOW i need a good wastegate/boost controller, i KNOW i cant go over 5-6 pounds without worrying about breaking something, bov i already have also, could i trust a no name wastegate off ebay with a 5lbs spring or should i go with a nice tial one? how likely is it that a "cheap" wastegate might fail?, the oil pump for the return is important b/c thats the life of the turbo etc...which pump has anyone used and given good results?anyone..and also is the .96 housing a good choice? what about an .81 would it have better results? basically everything else is universal stuff(intake charge piping and oil lines etc)...also im running a front mount b/c i figure it would help..its hot here in Miami =/ I want to cut out the front license plate where the bird is;ANyone know what size intercooler fits without modifying anything?(i dont feel like measuringg lol) im sure i missed something..OH i plan on obviously tuning the car and getting 42lb injectors, i already have the racetronix fuel pump/kit..any and all advice would be highly appreciated ive done alotta research and i dont wana mess anything up on my baby...this is my first car and my first turbo install so please share all your experiences if you've done this or any kind of custom turbo kit THANKS

Wastegate.....turbosmart is the only way to go. As for controller their are dozens out there. Best bang for the buck is dual stage manuals from turbosmart, also I believe STS has a unit as well. The pump, well weldon makes one, don't remember the part # off hand, but I think its the 9200.

Yeah, weldon is pretty good for the oil pump..Im pretty sure thats the number. I wouldn't use the .91 houseing. It would be to big for a rear mount with a stock motor. If you have the .81 use that intsead of the .91. turbosmart is a great choice for a wastgate....never trusted any of those of ebay. Tial is a good one also.

How does ther return pump work, is it just at one constant speed pumping the oil back, or does it vary with rpms some how.

Default weldon oil pump

A friend of mine has one..BRAND NEW with fittings. He installed it on his 67 camaro(thinking he had a oil return problem)...we had to restrict the feed to the turbo and removed the pump.. Only used it in the shop by spooling up on the trans brake. (never driven). can send pics..still in the factory box. Paid $380 . $325 shipped
Thanks

I use the mocal. Works like a champ. I run a .68AR MP T70 on mine, also... works like a champ.

thats awesome. I read about some mocal's dying after a couple months. Isnt it a diaphram pump? What size of charge pipe are you running? What rpm are you hitting full boost at?

I'm running an m6, so boost is an issue with 4.10's. I get around 4psi @ 5k rpm, and 5psi by 4k in 2nd. Have it controlled to 5psi right now while testing. I'm running a 2.5" charge out of the turbo all the way up.

Maybe I wanna step down to a smaller size turbo to get full spool sooner?
