Finally got the STS tuned in!!!
Stock bottem end, straight TR224, put down 469/431 on a Mustang Dyno through a TH-400 @ 8lbs. REAL NICE torque curve too! It was pushing through the junk convertor a bit up top, and I think I could see another 20rwhp with a true turbo-cam. All-in-all, I am pretty happy with those numbers considering no real work has been done to increase airflow (i.e.; no headwork on stock 5.7's) Made a 1/4 mile pull on the dyno too!
60-ft: 1.78@38.08
330': 4.76@82.09
1/8th: 7.15@103.91
1000': 9.22@118.66
1/4: 10.98@129.03
I'm really happy with the MPH. Mid 10-sec mph. The 60-ft leaves something to be desired, although that 60-ft works great on the street. Minimal wheel spin. The car doesn't make any boost until around 5800 in 1st (makes about 2-3 lbs). As soon as I go to second, it jumps to 8 and stays there and DAMN does it pull. It really is one hell of a street setup. I do see a forged 8.5:1 370 iron-block in my future though
I don't see the stock bottom end living very long. Those numbers dont jive for real to me... (The est 1/4 mile). I dont think you will see 10's with those #'s. Good luck though... I hope that you do!

It feels ok in 1st, pretty good in 2nd, but 3rd is like holy ****. It feels like grabbing a 100 shot when I click into 3rd. I am able to make 11psi in all gears too.
