Hey guys I had my latest combo dynoed last night with the following combo:

SDCE 8 RIB set to 14 psi @6600 RPMs
Front mount OBX intercooler
Stock LS1 block bored to 3.905
New LS1 stock crank

ARP main studs
ARP head bolts
Diamond forged dished pistons
02 LS6 cam and springs
hardened pushrods
Stock heads w/GM head gaskets
LS6 intake
Ported throttle body
F.A.S.T. fuel rails
SVO 42 pound injectors
255lph in tank fuel pump
Hooker Long tube 1-3/4” headers with off road Y-pipe

Nice numbers...

Man... I only got 533 out of my 42# injectors and I was at 109% Duty Cycle, swapped to 60lbers while still on the dyno and went back to tuning.

Be careful with the 42s!

Centrifical superchargers put out X amount of airflow. A 346 ci engine isn't going to require as much airflow as a 382 ci to make boost. Othyer variables would be better flowing heads, cams, etc. The use of a stock crank keeping the 346 ci, plus the use of a LS6 cam, and stock heads, would attibute to this P-1SC putting out good boost. I am surprised that it made 14 psi, the SDCE assembly is more than likely responsible for it.
As everyone has mentioned, please jump up to 60lb injectors before something bad happens to your engine. Your 42lb'ers have to be seriously maxxed out. Bob

Nice #'s.

He's probly getting 14lbs because he is ussing stock heads. Boost is measured by backpressure.Throw on some ET or AFR heads and pressure will drop, but hp will probly go up.

I was real impressed with the power the car made Saturday! That was the most power I had ever seen out of 42's or a P1SC. The A/F was rock solid in the 11.8 area and crept up to about 12.5:1 there at the very end of the pulls. Some 60's would be a good bit safer.

Not a big deal at all, change the IFR table and dial the PE table in again. Let me know when you are ready to do it.
