Yeah I need to call them and find out if they offer a 88mm upgrade and if it will fit up top where they mount it. I definitely want it up top. I think it puts it out of the way and easier to get too and doesn't make everything so tight down below. Plus my battery is already in the trunk and you wouldn't have to relocate anything right?

Are there anybody besides RMS and HiFlo that mount it topside?

OK, let me know who in the MD/DC area has LS1 custom turbo kit experience and I will be happy to give them a call. I don't know of any so I hadn't really explored that route yet. Even if there is a good place in reasonable distance wouldn't we be talkin big $$$?

Shortblock is ordered! I called around to a few shops today and ended up finally talking to Brad @ FFHP. He hooked me up with a great deal on a 402 alum shortblock stuffed with Diamond -28cc pistons, Eagle crank, Callies rods etc. I will be at about 8.6:1 cr w/72cc heads. Should be perfect for that T88 hairdryer!

Yeah I could drive to detroit or to FFHP in KY for that matter but like you said custom ain't cheap. Not that turbo and cheap really go in the same sentence anyway! I think the HiFlo looks like the best choice for me. T88 will fit and base kit is very reasonably priced...

Anyone seen real life results of some ported Dart heads? The PRC stage 3 Dart heads @ TSP look like they flow killer (better then AFRs on intake side) and are $500 less then...any opinions on that?

Crap...looks like the Darts only come in 62cc... I guess its back to LQ9s or AFRs. Probably be better off with the AFRs in the long run...
