Default Which setup for my z06.

I need help deciding here, so i am going to ask what you guys think, should i stay with the 408 i got and keep spraying it??, or should i build a 427, Ls7 headed solid roller (600rwhp possible n/a), or should i do a freshen up on my 408, make it low compression, put a&a's new ysi vortech kit on it 800+rwhp potential. this is not a daily driver, this going to be one of the really fast cars for no reason deals, weekend toy pretty much.

really depends on your wallet and if you can tolerate filling bottles. n/a your car will be capped at that max hp level.

I vote Twin Turbo.

i am voting....it depends...

if i had a Zo6 i would love to go TT...but i dont have the cash...

so it would either be a D1sc 346...

or the 427 option with spray for insurance...

in all honestly the 427 would eat damn near anything on the street...and if by chance something was pesky enough to hang with you or win....out comes the spray. set it up for multiple stages up to a 250 or 300 shot and 800 rwhp on the spray.

Just a thought.

You could alway buy my Z06.427,tnt f-2 Nitro Dave fuel cell and a whole bunch of other goodies.

Should run a nine as is,even have a set of CCW's with new slicks that go with it.

i am already running 10.0 @ 138 on a 100 shot DA about 2000+, i already have the nitro dave fuel cell, and two NX shark nozzles, i put down 731 rwhp 791 rwtq, 200 shot on a conservative tune, but my clutch exploded, and i have to pull the motor to do the repairs on my firewall and wiring harness. on the motor i made 550 rwhp 501 rwtq.

Outch!!!! What clutch where you using? Andy's kit will work wonders-got for it-cause all the bugs have been worked out and it's a clean install.

comming from a twin turbo vette owner...if youre not HARDCORE dont do it, its so tight. do the blower if youre content with sub 600 rwhp. honestly. tti kit, great...but damn its tight, its a pain to do anything...except for plug and oil changes, those are still ok hahaha.
