I stuck with a built 4L60E because the shear easy of installation. The added expense of going to a TH400(crossmember, shifter, etc...) kinda put me off on it. I figured if my stock 4L60E lasted me this long with different FI set ups then a stage 4 vacuum modulated 4L60E would last just as long.
