STS hanging low
So my STS kit hangs low. I had a muffler shop weld up some braces but it is still low as all hell. I can post pics to give a better idea soon. I was actually wondering if there was anyone in the Sacramento, Davis area of northern california had experience with the kits and might be able to provide some in person advise.

We had the same problems with the camaro SS above. We made a bracket that is shown in some of the pics above that helped out. Bob

There is a lot of room to be be gained by just adjusting the pipes, and the turbo itself. If you loosed up the center section of the turbo, it will allow the center section to spin, then loosen the pipe that attachs to the stock exhaust pipe. Rotate the entire assembly so raise everything up, tighten the center section with the oil fitting at 12 and 6 o'clock, and tighten the stock pipe section. That should gain you a bunch of clearance, that was the biggest gain I've seen. Good luck.

^^^That's what I did and I gained about 3-4 inches of ground clearance. My wastegate was pointed straight back. Now that I adjusted it, it points at a downward 45* angle. It's just the matter of adjusting the pipes and the turbo.

What everyone else said. You need to rotate the housings and the pipe that goes on the exhaust to get it up high. This car does not use any brackets or anything other that the 2 exhaust hangers.
