You don't need to make two posts on this, hell you don't need to make a post on this period. This has been covered numerous times in the FI forum, you should search better.

An ATI ProCharger is ready to ship in one week, all of the turbo companies that I know of take quite a while to get a turbo to their customers.
A well designed turbo system uses up less of the engines horsepower to produce boost, than a belt driven supercharger, but the plumbing on a turbo is more complex. Either system can make more than enough power to cause you to have to do a lot of work to the chassis to get the car to hook. An ATI ProCharger is easier to install and to get the car up and running in my opinion. Bob

Go procharger! reliable hp, + u keep a/c and drivability. NOS is cheaper, but in my opinion is less safe for you engine and drivetrain and ya have to keep fillin bottles.
twin turbo setups are very complex, lots of plumbing, lots of stuff usually has to be relocated or removed. they should be on cars whos owners are tuners, because it takes alot to keep them in check.. alot to keep tuned. its not like u can bolt the kit on and not ever open the hood again. my procharger setup, i never have to worry about.

Thumbs up

I would go with the ATI DS1C setup as I like my setup and it has not had any issues in over 2500 miles and I would also put an alky kit on as they rock

I absolutely hate how people think this. I self tuned my turbo setup with the AEM when I installed the larger turbo and downpipe last May. I have not touched that map in the AEM except to setup and tinker with the 2-step since that first weekend. I don't know why people get the misconception that a turbo setup is magically going to tinker with the settings inside your ECU and change up your tune, because it isn't. You never have to worry about your procharger? How about changing the oil in the head unit? Making sure the belt isn't about to break every once in a while? There is no free lunch but, for me, the small amount of additional underhood heat and extra complications of a one time install are well worth the benefits turbos offer you.

I think of it this way guys, would you rather find a girl to marry who you can nail in a week and is pretty good in the sack and will marry you quickly, or would you rather have the hot virgin where it takes a bit more effort and a bit more time to get in her pants and you gotta have a more expensive wedding, but the sex and everything about her is so much better? I relate the cheap broad to be the supercharger, and the hot virgin to be the turbocharger. I don't really care if I have to wait another couple weeks or even a month or two for a turbo kit, or if the turbo kit is harder to install, if I'm going to be living with this power adder for the next couple of years.

they cost about the same and give around the same amount of power if u have a supercharged car at the same psi a turbo setup car is running if its the same car. i was asking cause i wasnt sure ive never had a supercharged or turbo car before id def. be doing the work myself and the turbo i think sounds the coolest when the blow off valve goes off when u change gears haha thats just an extra reason i threw in there. besides GMRSpeed.com/ is there anyone else with a twin turbo setup for an F-Body?
