I wanting a best guess of what I should put down?
I'm installing a ECS d1sc kit on my vette and want to know what it should put down with 5psi!
it has H/C currently and about 425RWHP.
mods list
lingenfelter stage 2 ls6 heads (10.9-1)
230/232 600/607 114 lsa cam
lingenfelter long tubes
high flow cats, 3in kooks X-pipe
corsa indy exhaust
160 therm.,
It has stock hiper pistons and bottom end so I know that I can't run over 7 psi without askig for trouble
thanks CWA

With 8 psi we typically see an extra 140 rwhp, I think you'll see a little over 500 rwhp with 5 psi. You are indeed correct in your thinking that you'll want to keep the boost down with your engine having a stock bottom end. Bob

With 5.5 probably closer to 510, your cam is a little high on the lift side to. Up to 7 lbs will be safe and if you put an ECS Alky kit on your setup it will be safer and you will be in the mid 500's for sure and have some added protection. Also what part of Texas are you in? I got mine tuned by Henderson Performance in New Braunfels and he is an expert on the Blower tunes, I know I built my motor for 6800+ and when we got well over 700 at 6200 I decided that was all I needed for a street car and it is sick on the street.
