Default Heads showed up...

My heads showed up.

I got ported All Pro heads, 2.08 intake, and 1.57 or 1.60 exhaust I forget. All Pro ports the heads on their CNC machine.

I'm just waiting on my intercooler now, and it sounds like it's not finished yet but pretty soon.

I cant afford big time heads like PBJ (pro balla john), I have been saving my money for a Dremel and a JC whitney home porting kit so I can have ported heads

He bought some and didn't have any porting done. Last I talked to him about it he wasn't pleased with em to well. Like Kurt said those heads are great if they have some work done, out of the box there not gonna show much improvement.

That's pretty vague feedback. Oh Boy's black formula runs these heads. MM appears to be chasing some minor issues with his car so I'm not sure how consistent he has been for the last year anyway?

Basically what Kurt Urban told me was that out of the box the heads arn't that great. When you have them ported, they come alive and you start to get what you paid for. A solid head that flows well. I was asking him about the comparison between All Pro's and AFR's. He said out of the box AFR's are better, but ported All Pros are much better because of the material and construction.
