manual boost controller?..opinions?
thanks for the info.
NOT A BLEED ... but not always true, the turbo XS works great
Its a bleed valve, but vents to atmosphere, and if you use the line from the intake, its a constant vacume leak
not sure about yours... my bleed one sucked (turbo smart)
My electronic innovative was awesome

have them mounted under the dash
this allows me to adjust each seperately
there is also a on/off valve on the boost source line
once you have the boost where you want it, shut off the valve and back to low boost
I suspect a nitrous solenoid could also be used to activate it remotely
I agree with not using the bleed method
I have had better results introducing boost to the top of the wastegate

I referenced the boost signal from the intake

introducing boost to the top of the wastegate diaphram
I used the latter without any problems so far

imo i'd use one, cause not everyone is a baller and can get a electronic.
brake line for a boost controller line
i don't see the need but to all their own, rubber lines are fine
I just think some people over complicate it, or just like widgets with blinking lights
