i also would love the 3 bar but i doubt i will get much higher than 15 so this will be fine.
the 3 bar is a rectangle goofy sensor from gm and needs an adaptor that caspers sells. i have this as well, but its chillin on my workbench haha

Here i'll list it,
Step one
unplug MAP sensor, replace it with 2 bar map sensor
Step two
Unplug MAF sensor, chuck that thing into the garbage
Step three
Start up HPT/EFI disable MAF SES, few other things, had chris fix the line pressure issue
Step four
Flash my "2 bar" program
Done...go start adjusting the tune

Pretty sure you did the same...
Like I said and you repeated, I don't have all the features/resolution, but it works and works very well. I will be getting this upgrade no doubt. But there are quite a few 98's running "2 bar" here.
