Since when does Byron worry about a cage, I've run 9s there with no roll bar lol. The tech used to be, 'nice car dude' and that was that..

I agree, Rick at Synergy figured out how to do this a while back too. Irregardless, you have to have respect for anyone who can do this on the fly and put together a good TT with 15 psi..

It will be great to see the results.

I agree 100% and then some. Its people like Rick that give the tuning community a good name. When people aren't stepping up to help figure out problems to certain solutions, Rick came in with a great solution and had no problem offering his expertise to me or anyone who asked.

Thanks Rick for helping us 98's FI guys out when no one would.

I think people get it, welcome to the FI forum lol.

I doubt they will say anything at Byron if its a street car, just have a helmet and a jacket on and dont ask them if its OK first

This "real solution" should have been offered from the get go for 98's.
Lets see how long it takes for the 3 bar HPT OS...you might consider MAFT PRO for that Zach, might be another year before HPT gets to it.

we couldn't offer the 2bar for 98's in v1.x at all. It is only v2.0 and the acceptance of a few compromises we couldn't accept back then that has enabled it to be possible.

Chris...

agreed, but to a point, Rick@syngery readily helped me and quiet a few others who didn't know how to set this up themselves or knew where to start.
Thats the difference between the originators and those who will help the LS1 FI community advance instead of sitting still. If I know how to do something and feel that it can benefit others I'll let them know about it and how I did it, not just sit on it. No point in that.

Rick did just that, didn't charge me a dime and is truly interested in seeing how my tune is going by emailing me for updates. He just wanted to see me get the most out of the car.

Up until today, there was no other option. Thanks HPT, I am truly appreciative, don't get me wrong...this just took a lil long to come to light, quite a few of us have been waiting. Guess all the redheaded comments in the PCM board helped us after all
