Bypass PICS
You want the inlet of the bypass close to the throttle body. Outlet dumps into the air inlet before the blower, and after the MAF (if you have one). With no MAF you can dump it out into the air, or (quieter) dump it into the blower inlet.
Here a pic of mine, although I have a single plane intake and a custom blower mount. You can see the Mondo bypass that dumps directly down to the blower inlet adapter:
