AFR 225 or AFR 205

I had the same question before I bought my 225cc's for my forged 347/CAS twin turbo combo. I called AFR and they recommended to go with 225cc's, at first i was kind'a concern about the 225's being a little too big for a 347", I just didn't want my car to be a real pig in the low rpm's, you know. but they said that as soon as i see 1# of boost with the bigger heads...i'tll just scream (i sure hope so! ). According to them, the window of time BEFORE it hits boost is so little compare to when i start making boost and on up, and what little i would loose in the low rpm's, i would gain a heck of lot more in the upper rpm's compare to a 205cc's... therefore more power. But, I'll find out soon for sure if i'll hit the power that i'm hoping for.

225s all the way on a forced induction car. Velocity is most important on an N/A motor, you just want big heads for an F/I car in general.
Mine made 680 rwhp on 10 psi/91 octane on a low compression 347 with a 230/224 cam and AFR 225s. Not incredible, but expected given the good stout combo.

BTW just think, those cars running 140-145 mph could be running a little faster with the 225's.
