I had the same problem, ended up taking my TB down to the welder and having him put a bead right around the end of it, and my intake pipe. I also use t-bolt clamps on both sides.
But if you have a BOV that is working right then you should not have much of a problem blowing pipes off.
Also, are you lifting off the throttle between shifts? Thats where your pressure spike is coming from that is pushing the pipe off your TB. I noticed you had a 6 speed.

If not you can get them from many of the sponsors here or off ebay. Hell I probably have enough spares to sell you some if you really can't find them.
Another trick you can try is spraying your TB and turbo pipe with hair spray then assemble it and let it set up over night, that will stick it together quite well. When I took my car apart after sitting for a few months it was a bear to get it apart after hair spraying it.
