which block

I am planning on buying the sts kit and runnin around 8-10 psi and I want to know which block to buy and what internals I will need. would flat top pistons be the way to go or dished? Which rods? And Which heads. Keep in mind this will be my weekend car.

How about a power goal?

you really don't need to do much of anything for <10 PSI on a stocker. Just upgrade your injectors and fuel pump and have at it

i hate fn alluminum. over tighten then you have to helocoil the m'fr. whats 80 lbs when you make 600+ rwhp. if i had it to do over it would be iron for me. but who am i my car isnt even running
