I have 2.5", 3", 3.5", 4" and 5" aluminized mild in stock. Are you wanting to use 5" for the turbo (compressor) inlet? I apologize as I forget what exact size turbos you said (recall recommending 63-67mm) you might be using, but I don't think you need that large of a pipe for 60 series turbos ( twin kit ). A 4" pipe is HUGE and will flow more than enough for twin high 60' to 70's series turbos (edit: for your up-pipe from IC).

I am going to run a single 3.5 inch out of my intercooler then I was thinking of kind of flatening out the 5" for the air bridge and into my SLP smooth bellow that measures 5'' inlet. I could also cut a 2.5 inch pipe in half and weld in a flat piece of aluminum into the middle of the halfs makinf it oval to clear the hood. Either way would work but I dont know if i can get the 5'' in the proper bend that i need to go over the radaitor and into the bellow.
You can get the bend in whatever radius needs to fit over the radiator. Measure the current air bridge and that will give you an idea. I've seen quite a few people use either the stock air bridge or an aftermarket air bridge in low boost applications. I think even a 4" mandrel bent section of piping will get you what you need...slightly "scrunched".

It will exit the intercooler 3.5'' then epand out to 5 inch oval then into my slp smooth bellow thats 5'' in then to throttle body. I dont want to run a smaller crushed pipe for the air bridge.
