Default 600 Rwhp....

havent hit it yet but i was wondering if i would hit 600 rw with just 10 psi. i did 580 on stock 6l heads and a 98 cam on a stock 67k mile short block. so with tsp 6l stage one heads, that flow right at 300 or better, and a gt7 cam can i pick up 20 more rwhp? any thoughts?

ps.. comp on new SB is 9.27:1 if it matters

I think 20 additional RWHP will be EASY with the cam and heads at 10#s.

my thoughts exactly. if thats the case then i wont even get to push the turbo anymore due to fuel issues. stock lines but a racetronix plug and play and a set of mototron 60s. how far can i push that i wonder? 625?

I am not sure. It's important to remember though that with the cam and heads at 10#s you'll be flowing a lot more air than before at the same boost level. Boost is simply a measure of restriction.

You'll need to be careful tuning it to make sure everything is still good fuel wise

It's probably good idea to add a MSD BAP, then it should be good up 700'ish rwhp?......atleast according to RACETRONIX's website.

700+rwhp?....yes, according to Racetronix and it's suppose to be a plug 'n play w/ MSD BAP. That's what i've got right now, (car is not running yet)Racetronix single in-tank plug 'n play, MSD booster pump and stock lines/rails, but i'm not even sure if i'll hit 700, maybe.....650? Mike Brown's CE(OhioBoysRacing) made 700'ish rwhp w/ his old incon tt set-up, he was then running a twin walbro in-tank(basically same pump) w/ stock lines and rail, (not sure on injector's size) and NO BAP. He told me that mine should be fine. You can get MSD bap from one of the sponsors for $239.99, try TEXAS SPEED & PERFORMANCE.

Well Racetronix sold me on that single pump with a booster good for 700 too...

I actually had rails, 60s, #6 line with the stock line for the return, a FMFPR, the racetronix harness, and an MSD pump booster (that was verified working under boost)... less has done over 600 for tons of folks, but it wasn't in the cards for me. My schizz starting losing pressure at about 4800-4900 on the dyno and 550rwhp. I had methanol, but didn't wanna hurt anything. It wasn't lean, but it would have gotten there quickly. It was at about 13psi.... I'll post the dyno graph if I can find it. You can see the AFR creep up.

I am shooting for 700 rwhp range or more but likely not till next year when have a forged up 6.0 block.
I sold off my racetronix pump it was not even installed yet.I am going with pricey twin pump setup to make sure fuel is never a problem but I plan on keeping my car a long long time.
Have to decide if want to bother throwing on my twins on stock bottom and if should bother using my fast 90, my gt7 and some patriot lq9 that plan on getting. Figure should be able to run 8psi range and hit 600rwhp maybe with the above stuff.

But feel much safer with a forged up 402 in the engine bay and a nice 12 bolt in the rear end.
