Hi-Flo Update 6-7-2006 Customers-
As of today I am still waiting for hot parts to return from the coaters. I want to thank everyone so far for their patience and also let everyone know that I understand how pissed everyone may be and I can assure you that I am equally not happy about the situation. In light of this, however, I am beggining to ship out other components of the kits so that you guys have as much as I can give you at the time to get to work on your projects. As you know the pipes/headers are not all that you bought, their are many other components included with the kits. I will be notifying each customer on a case by case basis to give them updates when items have shipped out for them, and also to confirm shipping addresses.
If you have tried reaching me the past week you may have noticed I have been a hard guy to get a hold of, this is because I have been extremely busy as you can imagine. We had some issues with our voicemail/phone system as well that were fixed today, so if you cant get in touch with me just leave me a message and I will try to get back to it as soon as possible.

The general consesus is everyone only wants to recieve a 100% kit in one shot (and I agree and understand completely) so we will still stick to our original plan then.

I would also like to tell you guys that while I am still waiting on this coater to deliver our kits we have prepared a batch of more kits to go to a different coater, and as Adam suggested I believe we will use Jet-Hot, who right now has a 1 week turnaround time. So please rest assured, I am going to get these kits out to you guys before the end of this month no matter what it takes.
