Default Twin turbo alt. relocation probs.

I bought this from a user a while back and am just now at the point of installing it. I think it is supposed to be the kit from stainless works not sure though. Doesnt seem to fit right, I think the tensioner is not in the right place the belt hits the thermostat housing. Let me know what you think.

That is the correct placement, you just need to add the extra idler pulley in that bottom right hole that you have empty now. The belt will then go up over the alternator pulley, down around the tensioner, up over the idler pulley, and then back down to the crank.

Check out the pic with my beautiful drawing. You will have to weld a stub on there for the idle puller. After you do that, then swtich the pullies themselves around. Put the smooth on the tensioner and vice versa.

I got it finished I think. I didnt switch the pulleys. My tensioner is ribbed and idler pulley was smooth so i think i will leave them how they are. Everything look ok? Runs really smooth and seems to be straight.

Looks good to me. Did you have to use any washers, crowbars, etc. to obtain correct alignment of the pulleys?
