Is there a way to keep the A/C by getting a smaller, but thicker radiator and pushing the condenser in on the elbow side? Or where can we find a smaller A/C condensor?

Jake,
Do you have any pictures of how you routed it. Which way does the filter point, and how large of a filter did you use?
I currently have the stock ATI intlet hat with a small K&N filter on it, and when I took the car to a hand car wash, I realized the filter got wet from water falling onto it...I would hate to see how much water would fall on a larger filter.

This is what I used. It's the standard ATI inlet hat but doesn't have the hole for the bypass. Then I just used a 3.5" flex hose to my oversized K&N filter in front of the left tire.

Yeah, the point is we are trying to find something better than that restrictive hat.

If you go to madenterprise dot com, the guy has a molded close radius 180 that fits the ProCharger...originally designed for the Ford trucks...drawback is the price...the guy thinks they're gold or something...$255.00...
To view the tube...

you could have one fabbed out of metal tubing alot cheaper...or buy one already made by someone...I'll have to do some looking...I might know of a place that I found when researching my intake set-up...that's still in an experimental phase...
