STS oil leak
it could be alittle oil residue from the turbo MIXED with the humidity/water that was in your tailpipes before startup..it comes out of the exhaust side of the compressor, then out the tips..and looks "frothy" like muddy vomit crap....i know because it just happened to me the other day and i was like oooooooooKKK 
...but yea no biggie that could also mean u might be leaking or have alil oil accumulated somewhere....if it cleans out and looks fine after driving it a while then u should be fine....but if it continues for a few days of driving, then i think ur gona have to take a closer look at everything...

CHECK VALVE!!! Same thing happened to me and they just sent me a new one and fixed the problem. I thought it might have been the bushing in the turbo since there aren't any seals to go bad. It relies on the oil return pump to suck the oil out and send it back.
