closer to the turbo reduces turbo wear.. but closer to the throttle body can reduce lag more.. we chose turbo wear as being the most important.

Has anybody else seen a kit from these guys??

Nice job on the install, let us know number when you get them, and if there are any issues.

Any updates? Did they send you the heat shield? Are you still needing any parts from them?

update...got the car on the road today...only to limp it over to my buddys house to tune. it runs like poopoo. my buddy got drunk instead at an unexpected office party.. :gotme: so no tune today

i just drove it back to the gayrodge.... realized it is WAY too loud so i will make a pipe to attach to my exhaust tomoro.....i will fix some leaks as well...little odds and ends... and i should have a pretty good tune tomoro night. i know these unexpected setbacks SUCK...but... ehh

i just cant wait to mash that pedal.....i hear that turbo spool and i just wana boost. so bad. soooooo baaaaadddddd. it sounds like a BBC with a turbo and it give me a boner

bill u got an email btw

and i didnt bother with video today cuz the state of the car is not anything to brag about..... there will be good vid of the TUNED car...

edit: at VERY partial throttle...maybe 20%...the turbo spools at low rpms..... it reads no vaccum at like 2500rpms at ~30% throttle.,...(from the best of my recallection). in a nut shell...i can tell this is gona be WAY more responsive and less laggy than my trunk turbo last year. it should be instaspool... i cant imagine how fast the smaller 70mm with the .68a/r spools

.68 Exhaust Housing is going to kill any thing over 5500 rpm... Great down low, but you will choke off and I would expect your HP curve to drop fairly substantially after ~5500.
