Thats some good work getting that stuffed in the engine bay. A problem I see is there is not much belt wrap and there`s a hose going in between the belt so you could not add a tensioner in the longest run of belt. It seems like there will deffinately be belt slip under load at higher rpms.

Thanks fellas, I don't think the ducting on top of the blower will be restrictive, "technically" it should flow as much if not more than the 3.5" tubing in front of the TB. But I won't know til I get it on a dyno, but like I said I don't expect much on the dyno seeing how it's still stock compression. I might throw some race gas in it just to see what it'll do but I've definitely got to tear it down and lower the compression very soon.
And how much more belt wrap do you want?? It's wrapped a whole lot more than if I used weiand's complete setup with there tensioner.

Love it man! Way to stick w/ a project that I bet many people didn't think would be done. I love seeing a stock hood shutting at the end too. That will make a lot of people happy...

The hood closing at the end was a nice touch. (cinematic)
The next time you take the manifold assembly off the car it would be good if you smoothed out the welds on the plenum and if you can- send it off to be polished.
That would make it look like something professionally made... not taking anything away from your obvious skills. Terrific job! Great seeing American ingenuity.

By the way, prototypes aren't meant to be pretty just functional.
The hood closing at the end is sort of a smack in the face to the people who said it couldn't be done, never tell me I can't do something!!

Curious because I have a B&M roots blower stitting around and I have been tossing the idea whether to have a intake plate made for it or not.

I'd hate to guess how much it could make, it depends on too many things. These small roots blower aren't meant for really high HP numbers because they have to spin so fast for a roots blower and that heats the air up pretty quick. They are mostly meant for a pretty strong daily driver with lots of low end torque with otherwise tame manners.
