It's been like two months or longer, so it looks like all BS. Looks like a few thousand bux would finish the kits, but I guess they don't care. Have you contacted the BBB? I'll be downtown today maybe, so I could look into small claims courts forms. This just sucks.

Sounded like the welder did the pipes, and is supposed to weld the tabs on the intercoolers.

Hey guys, this is Larry from Sound Performance.

As you may have guessed, STC is no longer in business. Hi-Flo will be restructuring as a joint venture with SP. I just talked to Marko and offered to help him finish these kits for you guys. Marko and I feel this is the best resolution rather than keeping you guys hanging on indefinitely.

Marko said he has almost all the remaining parts with the exception of some ICs and that I would need to fab up the ac lines. He is going to bring the parts by next week. I will order any ICs or other parts neccesary.

What I need from you guys is a list of what you need, parts owed, etc..... and if there is any balance to your order etc. I also know that a few of you have sourced out some parts on your own. Therefore I need to know what you need, have paid, etc so we can sort these details out and bring closure to this saga. I will send you a complete list of what you are getting etc, take pics of the parts ... whatever it takes so that you know you are getting them before paying anymore money. Id even ship them COD so you would not have to pay anything until you get them!

Im sure you guys are wondering why I am doing this and what I will get out of it. Well, for finishing your kits I probably wont get anything except hopefully some future customers. If you guys need turbos for your kits, I will get you Garrett ones at $100 over my cost. I think you guys deserve it for dealing with all of the delays.

In the future Marko and I are talking about having SP build the kits for the Mustangs, Corvettes, and LS1s. We could fab them in-house utilizing all of the jigs that Marko already has. I really feel that they have made a very nice kit and it would be a waste not to utilize it. What are your thoughts on this and anyting else I stated?

Do you need to see Smearin's car to look over the parts or are you all set on that?

 

A car would help tremendously!

 

I'm sure Smearin will see these new posts. He's from WI. I think he's missing AC lines too so I think if he got some he would help out. He offered to help when I asked him before.
