In what orientation are those headers going? Traditional? Reversed? BTW do you have any part numbers for the headers, BOV, WG? Also, I'll need that manufacturer and part number of that Proportioning valve you've used to replace the ABS system. Thanks!!!

We got the v-bands all on the headers and reducers today. All of the crossover is tacked up. Just need to weld it and then put the T4 flange on level. Everything flows really good and buts up nice. Im super impressed. Kyle is doing some amazing work (and the crossover did not take him long at all)

Also we got all the brakes back together and the front bled with no leaks (yet.. lol). Tomarro is finish welding crossover up, downpipe, nad support for the heavy T76. I do have a flex pipe that we are putting in the pass side of the crossover, we jsut didn't think about it till now. Oh, and we haven't clock the turbo just yet.

Here are the pics.... sorry if you have problems seeing anyhitng... these are taken from my phone.

no part numbers for headers... they are ebay specials made for a 88-95 chevy truck. As for everything else... call JGS Percision or Jose at Forced Inductions to get hooked up

The ABS delete kit is from SJM.

I agree. Looks like it's coming together well. I'm really surprised the headers fit so well based on their original intent. That flange on the headers where they meet the head look nice and sturdy. It's a little hard to discern on the passenger side as to whether they contact the fender wall. Looks close.
Keep up the good work!

The picture is a little misleading. There is a over an inch between the header and the inner frame. The closest part is the outside of the v-band clamp and there is a good 3/8" there. They do fit quite well

dude..........you better make room ror a good balancer, and a msd crank trigger with aftermarket ignition, and a computer, also put a msd distributer in the back, that opti-spark **** is WAY unreliable under boost and will most likely give you detonation.

the lt1 is a waste of time.... Its just a overpriced SBC....

Im going to put a forged low compression SBC in it when the stock LT1 goes... Single plane (who wastes time with putting money in the LT1 intake).... megasquirt... the good stuff...

I think you should ask what someones plans are before you go telling people what to do, but what do I know.

Im sure the damn opti will work FINE with the 400 hp i will be making on the stock motor...

your the one posting pics of your LT1 project with a stock looking motor!
Besides, one can always upgrade to a carb style intake and still use the dist. set-up. Also unless your going to a aftermarket block, the LT1 is about is strong as it gets as far as sbc's go.
