Hey mike, what kind of boost were you pushing to pop them gaskets....so I know to keep it below that with this T 70 I have on the car now.

thanks Chirs.
Chris, we can do the exact same hot side as your current 70 with a 76mm cold side and we can go one up and go BB as well if you want quicker spool. .

Not really more compact in size, since it still uses the standard 4" inlet -2.5" outlet, but compact in prize

Bolt up just like a T70 John, which is just awesome because they'll fit damn near anything and make good power.

I love LS1 Tech... you let a thread run and guys with lots of experience post up, and when you look at the medium of what everyone posts... you can bet the its fact!

Personally I am with PurEvl... I have a T67 and did 607RWHP @ 11.5 lbs on my stock block... could have done more if my rings woulda held the boost. So I think a 70 on a forged block could see 700+ no problemo

Spiking to 700rwhp and sustaining 700rwhp are 2 different things.

Factor in some heads and a good turbo cam... What's likely becomes a bit more likely, but I think it's still working that turbo pretty darn hard... Maybe it could sustain the numbers, maybe not... Maybe heat becomes an issue? With the 8.5 CR 346 I'm building up (~750 rwhp goal), I don't want to risk it so I bought a T-76GTQ. T-70 has been a good fukcin turbo, though.

I'm driving up to Revxtreme on the Saturday of Labor Day weekend. I could pick up the LS6 cam to bring back right that weekend. Then, for the MPT-70 and .96 housing, I could probably have it shipped to me from Revxtreme, if I ask them, a couple of days/weeks later as they get through tearing down my stock block. Is that good time for you?

They are a T-netic hyrbid unit. Prices for the standard 76 is <1000 and for the ball bearing is <1400.

I'm gonna try and run my T-70 then, and see how it works out with the new forged 347 and higher boost. Even if I max that baby out, we'll see what it is really capable of! I can't wait to get a 76 on the cold side with ball bearings.
