Any reason for using the booster line over TB port? I was thinking maybe using the port would keep some oil away from the gauge line.
Thanks for the compliment!

Progress/problems tonight
Well, went to bolt up the log turbo and DP to find out the dp was hitting my upper motor mount bolts. I have poly mounts with the nuts towards the outside of the mount. Apparently this is incompatible with the TTi dp
So, had to nearly remove the motor mount to get the top 3 bolts out. Cut some off the bolts, turned them around and put them back in. I guess this a lesson learned for anybody else with poly mounts who has this kit.
finished
turbo stuff bolted up
Then went to bolt crossover on and it won't fit.

Figured I would update my progress over the past few days.
Since the jackass seller gave me a useless crossover, I had to make my own. It is basically done, just need to finish the welding on it. Also had to fix up 2 of the intercooler pipes. They also just need the finish welding done.
I will post up some pics of them later today.

Well, here are some crossover pics before the finish welding. What you guys think? I know its not pretty, but I think it should work decent. Cost was about $47.
Also, anyone know what this litte mailbox shaped thing is? I had to relocate it because it was in the way of the intercooler pipe, but I dont know what it is.

It is just under the oil pan, right behind the factory k member. The clearance to the oil pan is about 1/4".
After running that darn QTP y pipe I have some confidence this crossover wont drag on stuff.

looks like it will be a problem for you, need to extend it out and under the transmission after the bellhousing.
also the tti website has an installation manual, you should use that...iremember relocating the cruise control, but not that vacuum canister thing.

You really think it will be a problem? I modeled it after their most recent version of the crossover, shown here. I think smokin and stoleit have the crossover in a similar spot.
In my case I dont see extending it back past the bellhousing gaining me much, if anything in ground clearance.
I have the TTi instructions, but my cruise control box is not on the passenger side of the car where the instructions indicate it should be. Instead of have that mailbox looking thing. I guess the car's layout have changed year to year. Don't know which model year TTi did their instructions on.

Hopefully it won't be a problem, but I had mine set-up as MM discribed. Under the trany, after the bell housing. At this point you might as well try and see how it works for ya. At least you know you can change it if you have to.

more progress
OK, asked TTi about the mailbox thing. They said just to relocate it with some zip ties, so I did. Still dont know what it is, but I suppose I dont care.
Here are a couple more pics of the crossover clearance to the oil pan. Look OK?
Here is the relocated cruise control, the TTi pic is not too good.
Some pics of turbo and lines around it:
Here are my reworked i/c pipes. Did not turn out too bad I think. I moved the BOV location and added a port for the BOV boost reference.

Getting close
Getting close to startup. Got the cold side piping hooked up, everything fits OK . My factory radiator hold down touches the cold side piping, but I dont think it will hurt anything. Got the hot side parts mounted up, and hooked up my PCV setup.
In case any were curious, my crossover diameter is 2.25". I saw not much reason for a 2.5" diameter crossover when the log opening and manifold opening are 2.25".
Basically have to finish running some vac lines, bolt up sway bar, and fill it up with oil and coolant, and load a stock tune.
For those following this that want, I have more pics that can be posted. Just ask.
