Thanks longrange4u

I assume you shifted at 5200 with the t60? the graph with the 67 looks much better. What did you shift at with it? What psi did you have to hit those numbers? Do you have a trap speed with the 600hp graph?

Shifting at 5200 I would be worried about needing to hit OD in the 1/4....

OH does that say 14:1 afr??

The dyno didnt read AF correctly.... at the time of the pull my AF Ratio was 11.8:1. It was a little high...

Hey longrange4u... can you give me a little more info on those questions.. Thanks

I dont have hp goals... I only have a goal of mid-low 10's and an et of around 130 would be nice...

I have

Built 347 (kinda budget) Thanks to FFHP (9:1 comp)
Mahle pistons
Scat rods
ARP Studs

gt67 turbo
Methyl injection

60lb moto's
fast fuel rails
single racetronix

Patriot ls6 heads
.040 cometic gasetk
ARP head studs
f13 cam 114 lsa (since no one really knows whats good and bad... Ill try it. )

3600 converter... May be a little big... Is a multidisc so that should help..
full suspension

Stock 10 bolt

Im thinking that I will probably spray a small shot on top of it and wrap my exhaust to see if I cant spool it a little quicker. Thats the only thing I can figure out that makes you need 100 extra hp to get the same times as nitrous/other turbo's with the sts..

Another big concern is shifting so low... as soon as I get time im going to call and talk to someone about a bigger turbo.. See if that will help me shifter at 6k or so..

Hmmm...

I would add a FMIC to your setup... with your 67 and all the mods listed (including wrapping your exhaust) I think that you could make 650RWHP or so. With an A4 (do you have a 9" or 12bolt?) you could see mid 10's on a cool day IMHO. Your fuel system looks ok (with meth) but I think you are on the edge... you didnt mention what kind of fuel pump your running. I would reccomend going to a 72 trim turbo and you would see your goals easier IMO.

I am not a CAM guy so I have no idea what that cam will or wont do for you... if its not a FI cam, I would think about getting another one.

I think with your current setup... with FMIC... hard launches (dont know if your drivetrain could handle 1.5x 60') you could see your goals.

Let me know if you have any other questions... lots of guys here have good experience.

I was shifting more to feel than anything... I wasnt running a shift light, and my goal was shifting between 5200-5500 RPMS. I drove my car the same with both turbos but there is the obvious difference in capability there.

When I made that Dyno pull it was right at or just below 12psi... I experienced some blowby on the pull (painted the wall in some oil) so when I went to race it (my 11.0 run) I backed back down to ~10.5 lbs of boost.

My best trap speed with that setup before I blew a head gasket was 126.7MPH.

Not avoiding any questions... I make it a point to share everything I can.

10 bolt
*t/a girlde w/ studs
*Moser axles
*342 gears
*upgraded posi

Running a m/t et street

With a 100 shot off the line I pulled a 1.61 and picked up the front right tire. Hasnt given me any problems yet. Not that it wont.

I wont say that an auto with a 10 bolt cant make it to 10's especailly when set up right. Check threads on here and you can see a lot of people have made it. I know a guy with an M6 actually running 10's

It mine breaks Ill get a 12 bolt... Im not worried about that part getting me to 10's.. My only problem is if my turbo will get me there... I know I need a better fuel system..
