Default Oil Restrictor Where?

I need an oil restrictor but dont know where to get them???? where???

There is a place here in California that actually pre-drills the feed fittings for the correct size restrictor so that you don't need another part. PM me if you want the name and address of the place (they are not a sponsor).

I just used a nitrous jet and put it in the feed line wheere the line screws on to the turbo

Look on the major auction site for the Function7 piece. It bolts to the turbo and has the nipple on it.



The restrictor is made into it.

everyone needs one technically. most people are overfeeding their turbos with oil.

thumbs up for function 7, we use em for some of our cnc stuff.

What is this statement based on? All turbos have restricted passages internally going to the bearings and I don’t see any good reason why you should need more of a restriction then that unless you have too much oil pressure or too little a return. Most turbos are designed for 65-70psi or less oil pressure so that could be an issue, but assuming that they have a big enough return to a low pressure area they should be fine with whatever oil you could force through them at roughly between 30-65psi
