Do any of you Procharger guys experiance a crap load of belt slip after 5200?

You shouldn't have any problems with the eight rib belt at boost levels less than 12 psi. The belt needs to be kept tight, a new belt will stretch after approx 1/2 hr of use, and will need retightened. I tell people to keep the belt about as tight as you would, if you were going to strum it like a guitar. I have seen no ill effects from doing this over the years. Bob

no, but I do get a little bit of wheel or traction slippage at about that RPM

No,we always use 8 rib setups though. Never touched the SDCE,never had a need for it

Even with the 8 rib kit i was dropping 5 pounds of boost at 4500 rpm, what i found was the tensioner pulley was rubbing against the bracket i drilled out a washer to fit on the bracket side of the pulley and ground it down so that the belt didn't rub against the edge of the tensioner pulley, I also got a blower pulley from Reichard Racing, between the two i am seeing zero belt slip.
