Damn.... just saw this. Sorry to see this happen Dave, but I'm glad you walked away from it. At that speed it could have ended a hell of a lot worse. As many others have said, we're here for you if you need anything on the next one.

Dammit watching that video made me sick to my stomach as do the pictures. Alot of what inspired me into doing a turbo car was thanks to MM's car. It was an awesome example of what could be done. I hope it comes back better than before.

Also shows the huge importance of running the proper safety equipment. I'm glad you are ok. Good luck with whatever you choose to do. Wish there was a way I could help.

Dave! Glad to hear your OK. Wow, serious hit you took. I allready lost a customer this year and this **** scares the crap out of me. Let me know if need anything engine wise...Is the block, crank, etc ok?
BTW don't rush into aything, you have the winter to get everything done if your looking to come out next year..Pick the right car you'll be happy with for a long time, cause the odds are in your favor now, no more accidents ok! We're all really glad you didn't get injured or worse bro! Take care and keep your chin up, **** happens.
BTW, that is *** how that track has no guardrails topend, just gravel and trees?!! WTF!

I was thinking the same thing, how come no guardrails at the top end? That is where you need them the most. Thank GOD you didn't go into the trees.

Don't waste time and money repairing that chassis, especially on a car with that much power. They never drive as straight as they do when the chassis is all original.

This sucks for sure! That was a cool street car, hate to see it like that.

So sorry Dave, but glad that you are OK above all else. Dont bother fixing your car, it will never be as straight. Start with a fresh roller if you decide to rebuild another beast with your parts!

Yes it is very bad to mix the two. I almost had a similar incident on a 10.78@127 pass in my LS1 RX7. I will never mix the two again.

Hey Dave.... why not shoot to build a 1st Gen? Transplant all your stuff over into a 1st Gen roller.... that would be bad ***.

Very sorry to hear about your car Dave. It's amazing (and fortunate) that you were able to walk away from that with no injuries.

I'll start with a $50 donation the "Save the Mouse Foundation". PSJ, set up a paypal acct!

MM, whatever you do, keep it stealth! Stay F-Body. Get a roller, and you have 6 months before March 15 and spring is here. Alot of parts are transferrable I am sure.

Put me down for $50 as well. LTLHOMER@aol.com

Sorry MM...is there any other video? I couldn't tell what happened and I'm sure we can all benefit from learning from this unfortunate experience.

Glad you're okay!

Glad you are OK Dave, sad to see the car like that, but I'm damn glad you made it home in one piece.
