Nothing too exciting to talk about yet had some problems...
I'm open to constructive input. Imagine the pushrod sitting in the hole but right next to the rocker. Now imaging that corner of the rocker worn away about 1/8 inch. Looks to me like the pushrod ended up not being below the rocker, and then it rubbed. The rockers were on tight, and the springs looked okay. I don't know much about coil bind, but I wonder if the lifter bled down and then pushrod was able to pop out? Anyone have a more plausible idea?
Tony, Speed said the stock rockers won't work with the AllPros.
I guess it was a good thing I launched with no boost again.
Are the inner and outer snap rings still on the rockers? Problem I had with them is one of the outer snap rings fell off and the rocker slid off to the side and chewed up a retainer and valve stem tip. I dont know how big the pushrod holes are in the all pro heads but they would have to be pretty large to let the pushrod get out of the cup. If the valve isnt bent most likely a lifter fell apart, hopefully you didnt turn a lifter and junk the cam..
I only adjusted mine once the whole season and I only had to make one of them 1-thou tighter lol...I checked 'em every few race weekends and they never moved. Used t/d shaft mounts.

I think I'm going to go with a solid roller set up this winter. I'm a little nervous running the stock rockers hyd lifters @ 7400.
