Default what Rad. are you guys using?

im looking at on this one at summit racing http://store.summitracing.com/partde...5&autoview=sku
its a 27.5 X 15.5 and 3'' thick overall lengths.

right now my car idles at 210.... so after seeing Na$ty TA's car im going to setup my rad. like him and then ill have enough room to put the stock fans back on... .and still have a lot of room behind them for the d1sc.... and a f1c a year or two from now

2000slpss looks good, let me ask you this, when you cut the support does the car want to flex or move??? I suppose you cut it while the car was sitting on the wheels instead of in the air???
Any tips, and did you use a Bi-metal saw? Looks good
Purevil I know has used his stock rad and fan setup and make over 800RWHP, I am thinking about using the same setup. I have been researching it all morning, know I have to go to chemistry, sucks, lol

yeah just measure the spot in your engine bay...

you can actually fit a 15.5 tall and a 29'' wide rad. but they only have the one above....

From what I know the stock Lt1 radiator is better, but are they the same size. I think the stock rads are about 2.5-3inchs Longer and about 2inches taller.

What I am thinking is the stock rad and fans can be used in a Vertical setup?

Plus I was looking at summit and found these 3 rads with the same demision. The bottom one is the one with the link at the top, the other 2 look identical besides a 1 1/4 opposed to a 1inch Tube size.

the car was sitting on the ground when i cut out the core support and it didnt flex at all. wit hthe k member bolted up and the lower support still in its plenty solid. i just marked it off and used a cutoff wheel cuz thats what i had at the time. im sure there may be an easier way to actually cut it though

Bringing this back, Kyle what is the part number for the Fan and shroud and where did you get it. I have a Daily driver and I plan on using that same radiator.
