who has actually maxed out a p1sc procharger

But if that is the case, I just need more blower.

I had one do 463rwhp through a auto with a stall. This was with everything on too, no dyno tricks, still had cats, full exhaust, ac belt, 12 bolt, and 18" wheels, stock air bonnet on the blower, mild cam and ls6 heads. 4-5psi with a little fluc. aka slip. No the car has a 8rib and makes 6-7psi. The blower is not near being maxed. I think the whole setup has to be optimized to make good power thats all. This car for example had a little more compression then stock. Still running on pump fuel and it loves 15degrees at torque peak and 18-19 up top.

So tempted to pull the 6.0L heads off and install some 5.7L heads to raise my CR.

I was unknowingly running 5psi on top of 11.8:1 on my 5.3L heads before I swapped ! No KR on 91 octane pump gas, either, and it pulled like crazy ! (Probably the fastest my car has ever felt - hopefully when I get finished getting this new setup together and tuned it will be faster - at least it better be LOL).

My P maxed out at 8-9 psi & 525rwhp. But that was feeding a 402 with ported 6L heads, and LSX intake and a cam with 115 lsa thru a stall & a Ford 9". (note with my 25% driveline loss that is ~ 700 at the engine) The impeller speed was close to 65k.
So far I'm made ~620 with my D @ 13 psi & ~ 59k on my dinged impeller.

I don't understand how some of you guys are saying your P1SC is maxxed out and hardly making more power than me.
I'm using a stock blower pulley, tiny 212/218 cam, LPE Stage 1 LS1 heads (nothing more than a cleanup job), small 2.5"" exhaust all on the stock bottom end and putting down 514/466 through an UNLOCKED 4L60E on 93 octane.
I'd think that on a stroker motor with the blower pullied down, it should have no problem whatsoever approaching the 650-700 rwhp mark with a 6-speed.

What is your CR?

Well I maxed out my injectors today! We will add some 60's in a few days and try again. My little P-1SC was making 11 psi at 6000 rpms!

Now ATI refuses to release their compressor maps, so no one can be sure if this is the case, however it seems plausible based on the results.

Only FACT is a P1SC will flow only so much air, whether its attached to a 707 cubic in BBC or a 2.3L ford. Pretty much what ATI says its max engine HP will be - it will be under ideal conditions.
Using dynojet numbers on 50 dfferent cars and setups to determine the max output of a compressor is somewhat futile

Here's my P1 on my C5 Z06-this is with 317 heads(69.5CC) for a CR of 9.85. Cam is defintely not a blower cam 222/228 on a 113. This is with a 4.10 pulley for 51000 rpm-nowhere near maxed yet-made 606 rwhp on a dynojet:
then swapped to a D1SC and look what happened!

500HP with ~10.4:1, PP heads, cats, M6 12bolt, 91 octane, 220/114 cam. Plenty of HP still on the table but I ran out of money. 600 would be easy at this point, I just dont want the overhead that comes with it.
At this point its a matter of getting it to the street.
A more significant question is who has the highest P1 torque output. What setup? What RPM?
Seems like everyone focuses on HP and never considers TQ.
