Good job Mike, I just wanna see 140 with everything ironed out from my 76GTS and I'll be happy. 146 defies what you come to expect from a log type setup.

a) Install pressure taps just upstream and just downstream of the intercooler and measure pressure drop. Or, if the tanks have bungs, just check it there.
b) Fab up a straight pipe to replace the intercooler with, for testing only.
c) Buy a bigger one.
What's the size of the intercooler?

I think I am losing CFM threw the intercooler. It just can't flow enough. The way I measured it was put a bung in the exhaust, use a boost guage or preasure guage of sort. Under boost have a friend watch the guage as you watch your boost guage.

Got it--- and you put the bung before the turbine?
What kind of pressure gauge did you use- that would stand up to exhaust temps?
You should measure the psi drop before/after the IC-- that will isolate whether the IC is a restriction.

Holy smoke Engineer Mike,
By the way, to all that think that a T76 won't perform on large displacement, I just went 146 mph at full weight with a 388/T76, LT1, log header, and blower cam.
Those are incredible numbers. I think I need to talk with you about my current buildup of a 355 LT1 with boost I'm going to research some of the threads on your setup and then ask some ?'s

yeup, that intercooler is WAY to small for your app. I know that EPP has a nice one, flow is what you would need for this app., with everything needed for install is 899.00 But you already have the pipes, silicone, etc. See what bob can do for ya since you need a larger intercooler.
