550 is plenty for the street, its start getting more and more diffficult to hook up above those levels on the street.

if you were in orlando, i'd take ya for a ride in my car 526 rwhp auto car, its fun.

my last setup with forged 347 and current turbo setup made 583 and 630 it pulled hard. The cool thing about it still got 24 miles to gallon. The beauty of six speed. Man you need to buy my Turbo.

My car is still being tuned, so I don't know what it'll make (~700rwhp).

I will tell you, 480 rwhp got boring ON THE STREET, very boring.

ill be on 315/35/17 BFG DR's so 700rw would be completely useless. i want a car that will be ALRIGHT from a stop and killer from a roll.

What do you think mine would be on? DR's as well...

With 480 rwhp (LCA's, T. Arm, etc.), I could dead hook it outta first after some practice... I mean, if I wanted to be an ******* and do a first gear clutch dump, of course I'd spin... But really, it was VERY controllable... TOO controllable for my tastes. Keep in mind, my car has never and will never run at a drag strip. 480 rwhp got boring on the street, for me...

To each their own, this is my experience with my driving style.

I guess I can agree..I was able to launch the supra from a dig REALLY well after about a week of killing it NON stop. It didnt come into full boost till 4000rpms and under that it was the biggest dog ever. That was with 285/19 STREET tires and about 450rwhp.

You just pretty much said it. I was about to say it will feel like your supra. My buddie had one with about 500ish to the wheels. I had never ridden in anything close to being that fast. His was an auto so he didnt have to shift. I was so impressed with the are we going, to holy shikes! It drove you into the seat. Ive had a love affair with boost since hence my procharger. I couldent imangine you being remotely disappointed at all. I didnt notice if you had an m6 or an auto... Ive got 3.73 gears and by the time you feel the pull, like the supra, its time to chang gears loosing some boost then building it back... its always a rush and fun as hell too me!

That's like packin' 12" and saying, "I'm gonna stay a virgin". Aren't you curious as to what she'll do?

I know what she does... I test it often.

Oh, you mean in terms of ET's on the track... Yeah, I'd like to know... Thing is, tracks around here are pretty strict with the rules... I haven't found one in South Florida that'll let me run without a cage (strict 'vert rules). I don't want to cage my 'vert. So far everything I've done could be completely reversed.

I could make my car, even as it is now, look 100% stock (Well, without opening the hood) at a meet... It's something I've tried to maintain from the start. Not just 100% street, but a RARE 100% street car... No race car here, if you saw my car at meet, you'd think it was pretty unique.

You could always run once and get kicked out. Luckily there is a hillbilly track here that doesn't enforce the rules, at least for test & tune. I'd say I have 100+ runs without a roll bar. Even though I hate to do it I think I am going to bite the bullit and put in a bar. I enjoy racing and don't want to kill myself and I'll get the freedom to go to other tracks and race at events.

They are both 6 speeds. The TA has 3.42s and they will stay. I know the trans am will be sorta like the supra..but when I tell you slow in the low rpms..I mean my brothes 97EX civic with a b16 would pull steady on it..if i raced him from 1-4..hed dust me. It went from stock civic slow to holy **** wtf wtf...this one should start out with at least 380rwhp(8.9:1, 355, LT4 LE2 heads, 220/220 cam) so it should go from fast to retarded(I hope) I wasnt really bored with the heads/cam until I got the supra..and I never really got bored of the supra and it only went 12.4 @120(on BALLLD street tires) so im hoping for low 11's.

Not even close, the car will go from fast to stupid fast in a hurry (I will go back to the 3.42s when I can) . I love taking people for a ride, because they always got a friend with a fast car, until they get in my junk. I love to see them out of the corner of my eye at 60 in third, which is kind of a dead spot, and then start building boost and seeing them start to reach for something to hold onto that is not there. Im pumped just typing about it lol... Its always a blast. Ive got about 600 to the wheels (dynojet) on stock 275 lol... hope this helps.
