Fig - just got the piece from the USPS. Thanks again, I'll start measuring it up and figuring out a design for an aluminum unit. The plastic unit is molded from 2 pieces and from the looks of it, doesn't hold up to the test of time.

Bob at EPP could have gotten you a better deal on the Procharger replacement parts. I always order all Procharger related items through Bob.

Im very interested in this, as I will be doing a front mount IC and Larger Filter in Dec. A new hat would be a great addition! I agree with Urban that it would be great to see some pics of anyone's creation thus far!

If anyone has anything they would share and need to send through email let me know, Ill shoot you my address!

Bob at EPP has something that looks great from a recent post but I think its for the D series not the F series ProChargers. Looks to have more room...

A very short radius 4" elbow that will clear stock radiator/fan assembly for a F1 series blower...biggest problem is clearance issues. There's only 3 1/2" from top of SC lip to fan shroud...Here's a few pics.

I was under the impression that the P and D series blowers were identical except for the internals which would make that piece work on either. Anyone correct me if I am wrong.
