I dont know about the aluminum elbow but I used a PVC elbow to try it. Its the one used for vent fans and not the plumbing version - its a super tight radius and will fit without trimming anyhing. I used that and 2 45* to make a 'J' shaped pipe. I'd take a pic but I threw it away a while back after I was done experimenting with it

Like I said the regular 90* PCV water pipe wont work but the PCV 'vent' 90* will work - both are at home depot.

I have a TH400.

Inlet air filter update:
We found a good way to keep the air filter out of harms way, and the filter is really isolated from rain the way we positioned it, as shown in the pictures. Bob

Bob...pics are from a "D" series ProCharger not the "F" series correct? Also looks like an aftermarket radiator/fan assembly...? I see its moved considerably forward from the stock location with the bottom support cut away quite a bit too. Yep, I'm still tryin' to get something worked out on mine...major PITA. That set up won't work for me...

That screen would be a good idea....if you could build an air damn to keep the hot air from the eng & rad out. I gained 0 with a similar type of setup.

Great minds must think alike... Chip, who works for me, came up with our installation on his own. Bob

Yes, it is a D-1SC. We had the factory radiator in there until we noticed the ends started splitting, so we installed a be Cool radiator. Stock fan assembly, although we added a Spal 9.00" fan to it. The bottom support was trimmed out more for the way we had the inlet plumbing routed before the current configuration. Bob
