OK, here's my high-tech engineer's drawing:

I'm assuming that PTK went with a tensioner that is now pushing in the correct direction, instead of pinching the belt up against itself.

This is what mine looks like with the Smokinhawk bracket and a Katech tensioner:

The belt is Gatorback # 4060798, the six-rib 79.8". Hope that's close enough for yours.

Just cut the stock belt to length and measure it.

does the PTK bracket now look like the one in the picture or similar to the ones i have made?
if so it would take around a 74" - 73.5" belt, if you dont use the idler as in the pic, mine has been up to 7000 rpm without problems.

Brings up an interesting point: how necessary is it to use the idler?

After installing the Turn One PS pump, my 6 rib decided to walk a little bit and cut itself into a 5 rib. Seems OK now, but I wonder if I could just go with a shorter 6 rib belt and skip the idler to have a happy beltline.

looks like a 77.5" belt, tighter would be a 77.0" belt or using the same numbers
