Joel, we want to know what you figured out on the downpipe and larger turbo for the LT1 kit. Will the kit be offered with the 3.5" downpipe and can it support a 88mm ? I would really like some pictures of the LT1 kit cold side with the Air to Water setup. Pleaseeeee

It looks like the kit will allow a 3.5" DP with the ability to place a turbo clear up to a S88 within the confines of the kit. This should make the LT1 crowd real happy !!

Joel, Hurry up with the pricing and the cold side pics

Thanks for posting the prices Joel.
Few questions:

1st, what is the backlog for a Stainless steel Air to Water kit ?

2nd, what is the pricing for the Hot side and the cold side separate ?

3rd, what will the price of the LT1 stainless steel kit with the Air to Water minus the 76mm turbo and the Tial WG & BOV (I already bought the TIAL BOV & WG from you ) I'm definitely going to want the 3.5" DP upgrade.

One last question, do you charge separate for the ceramic coating or is that included in the pricing you listed ?

Once again, thanks for remembering the LT1 guys and have a great Thanksgiving !

The prices sound reasonable, compared to other kits. If one considers what's involved (Resourcing the hard parts, cutting, welding, trial fitting, jig setup costs, time spent Researching and devoloping....) and a living wage for the fabricator, it's a bargain. My three remaining questions are;

1. Lead time - How long does it take to create the Hot parts portion?

2. How much end user fabrication/modification is involved? I note the new radiator and assume that means sectioning the upper radiator support and insetting the new radiator in a vertical orientation. Is that correct?

3. The support bracketry/Bolts for the Turbo unit, Intercooler and new radiator itself - Is that included?

Thanks! and as the previous poster said, "Happy Thanksgiving!"

It looks like there will potentially be various 'line item veto's". Myself, I already have;
T76 Turbo(MPS Wheel)
Wastegate(TS-38, comes with all the flanges and wastegate springs)
BOV(Megasonic)

I wonder what the price for the Hot parts kit, minus the above, would be?

Sorry about not getting back to you guys sooner.

The hot parts inlcude the headers,crossover,3"downpipe,flanges for WG and turbo. All with v-bands. If you dont have a/c you will still need the fans and radiator. You will not have to section or cut the core support. You will have to notch the hood latch to make clearence for the fans.

The hot parts cost $2849.99 in stainless steel.

Here are some pics of the LT1 kit in progress....Sorry they were taken with my phone. So not the best quality.

Joel, How much bigger is the A2W 1000hp unit in comparison to the 800hp unit I see in the current pic. Is there a way to not have to notch the supports for the fans. Can the fans be moved down slightly ? I don't really want to cut anything on my car if it's not a necessity.

Almost forgot, the LT1 kit is lookin good ! (I can't wait.... )
