If its a normal Procharger dyno, then there is not much of any boost drop off. You run out of RPM's, not boost. In other words the graph looks like this> /

Roots-style blowers often peak early in the rpm range, and some can drop slightly if the blower is not big enough to keep up with the engines demand for air.

Totally unlike a ProCharger!

What other mods do you have though? Stock cubes, built motor, etc. Those are some promising dyno #'s.

That should fill in the blanks. Definitly a bad *** set up.

Thanks for the info. My MagicStick 3 cam on a 113 would probably love one of these.

Judging by 97 Z Me Go's results, your cam would probably work well. I would have thought his was too big, but he already had it installed, so he went for it, and got some great power.

Why is everyone so impressed? I don't get it? You're making 476 RWHP on a H/C motor at 7 psi when most H/C guys are making 430-450 RWHP N/A. I've seen countless bone stock LS1's make 500+ RWHP on Prochargers. Am I missing something?

I agree with that to a point. I've had one of those cam only procharged 8psi. cars that made 550 rwhp. But the dynograph a couple of posts above is a heads/cam/magnacharged car that made 570 rwhp which would be comparable to a procharged car. But, without all of the boost hoses, twin intercoolers, etc. That's why I'm interested in one this time around. Just an opinion.

The H/C guys aren't making that type of usuable torque. The H/C guys making 450, are most likely using prety agressive cams.

A H/C Procharged car will make ALOT more than 570 RWHP though.

I see everyone talking about torque, but exactly what does excessive torque accomplish? You'll never hook either one up on the street anyway, so the progressive torque curve the centrifugal offers would actually be beneficial for traction, what traction you can get anyway.

I also think the maggie style blower really limits you as far as future upgrades. Why not go Procharger, then you'll be able to swap head units (quickly I might add) and support a higher HP number? Aside from an aggressive torque curve, what is the advantage here?
