Here are some pics as promised. Got more work done tonight. Car is very close to complete. Tonight we got the oil drain complete, all of the heat wrap now installed, TB drilled for meth nossle, meth line ran, few other things.. All that is left is to run vacuum lines, get a longer hose for some thingamajig that runs to intake, fluids, power the guages/scavenge pump, drill hole in up-pipe for IAT sensor and we are done! Planning to finish up on Tuesday. Here are some pics!

Meth Nossel in

heat wrap

more stuff wrapped

drivers side drain

pass side drain

scavenge pump mounted

been done for a while but never got a pic, where we mounted the meth activation light

another shot

interior all done and clean

meth injection line installed

another angle

up-pipe needs to be drilled

Line Tee'd into Brake Booster for vacuum reference.

Vacuum box that needs to be installed

Battery that needs to be charged due to deciding to die, and hose that we need longer.

need to get power and ground to scavenge pump

Better shot of the scavenge pump and plumbing mounted

Undershot of all the good stuff

Hope you enjoy, should be done real soon as you can tell. Any questions feel free to ask!

I just hope ta leave the boost around 8-9 psi and the stock motor and trans last a while........ Remember WOT blasts that down shift are fun, but man are they hard on the trans.......

Looking good.

yea, i wont be doing those 3-1 or 4-2 downshifts, its hard to sya it but i am going to drive this carefully to help my stuff last a bit longer. Motor will run off of the .6 bar 8.7 psi WG springs with Meth on a tune from W2W. I'm hoping the motor stays strong so i can add a trans and rear later next summer.

On another note, still need to pick up some 5/8 hydraulic hose for the oil drain as this is just heater hose in there ATM. It may work and probably will for a while, but i want to get some nice hydraulic stuff i dont have to worry about and check 24/7... anyone know where i can get some? Thanks! Just need some to slip over my barbed fittings so no fittings are required. Thanks!

and some more pics that Frank just sent me from his camera.

Valvesprings...

Car on ground pushed outside to check ground clearance a while ago. This was when everyone was telling me the cold side was too low.... and you were right. This is how it sat... very low. Its tucked up much better now.

Jonny, the car is lookin good bro! about the hoses though, call around to some local napa's or any kind of auto parts stores like that. or more specifically a store that services/repairs snow plow's. there's a few places around me that sell hydraulic hoses and lines for just such a reason, call around i'm sure you'll find a place that carrys hydraulic hoses near ya!

If you can, install the IAT sensor between the meth nozzle and the tb. Installing the Meth after the IAT will limit some tuning benefits.

The Scavenge pump is a GearStar unit, same pump as the STS one i believe.

As for IAT sensor, there is really no way to get it between the Meth and TB as the meth is IN the TB, haha. We had to mount the meth nossel after the MAF so we were limited to pretty much the TB to put it. So the IAT sensor is just going to have to go into the up-pipe. The only other option would be to also mount the IAT sensor in the TB, but then meth would be dumped all over it, haha.

Thanks Matt, i'll call around for some hose!
