We found about 10-13% more duty cycle to go. not enough

What box and problems did you have KP?

Sorry for all the questions. Trying to learn and tailor my expectation if I go prochager. Thinking about the same setup and as you but with an F1A. Dind't realize that the next up on the injectors would be difficult to tune and going with BIG STUFF wasn't in my future plans.

Thanks
Just do a F1C and be done with it. Not hard to do a secod time around, just cover al bases ahead of time

Have you tried a volt booster or similar product to help? I'm using the Casper Electronics V-Plus volt booster. I'm at 18psi with zero problems with the injectors keeping up...

What kind fo hp on what dyno? What dutycycle and WOT fuel pressure.

I could never get the car to idle right or be real clean in the low/mid RPM range. I would put the hi impedence injectors back in and it was fine. So I tried a different one, it idled fine but the a/f was doing screwt things at high RPM so I sent it bak and they sent me a new one so I just sold it and did the BS3. Got tired of soldering wires and wondering if it would work..

no thanks. I know my limits. With all the clutch, injector, & t56 issues i see happening here @ this power level makes me think a D1 would suite me just fine.

You guys are scaring me back to reality

good luck

I'll have to break out some notes and figures. Can't remember "exactly" where everything was at. We did most of the WOT tuning in "real world" driving. Only checked a few things on the dyno...I'll see what I can find for you in my pile of misc papers on the build.

From what I remeber I was at 880RWHP blowing through a Spec 5 clutch on a Dyno Jet Dyno. Did some pulls on a Mustang Dyno with the same clutch issues. Was around 788RWHP on the Mustang Dyno...Fuel pressure is set at 58psi base with vaccum line disconnected from FPR and boost ref 1:1. I believe I'm at 62psi with line hook up at idle. Running dual 340 intank Walbros. Second pump comes on at 7psi of boost. I want to say DC was around 86% at WOT. 7200RPMS / 18lbs of boost. I'm also running a Casper Electronics volt blaster...

These 75lb delphi low impedence injectors are around 20% less duty cycle then the RC 72s, same fuel system. Maybe it was just me but I didnt have a lot of luck with the converter boxes.

That's interesting KP as I have the hi impedance RC 72's but no converter box just the XFI. Thinking of going low 83's but 1st I have to see how these injectors will do.

The 72s worked fine (not trying to talk anyone out of using them), just didnt seem to really flow a lot more the the 60s in my case. Some guys have used them with success but I dont know how many compared them directly to the 60's. I really got tired of all the band aid approaches of getting more fuel, with the same pump/pressure I went from 99% DC using 60/57s to 95% DC using the 72s to 80% using the Delphi 75lb low Z iinjector running similar boost/hp and a/f.
