It's not necisarily sprayed constantly. To have a good tune on it, it usually sprays according to your boost level. More boost=more spray. No boost=no spray. I drive my car all the time without getting into boost. Even if you just get into traffic and only ring the boost meter up to a few pounds, you won't use much at all. Honestly, if you are going to the track, and are doing WOT runs, a gallon of methanol will still probably last you somewhere around a dozen runs before you need to worry about filling the tank. Most setups giving you a warning such as using your cars low washer fluid light letting you know you are running low on the methanol.

Works great!! Just watch out for 100mph lane swaping and sawing the wheel a few times to correct the non-compliant 315 BFG DR's...

Just "tune" it safely...Timing, A/F and run race fuel you should be just fine...

As you can see plumbed on each side of intake elbow...(well only 1 side is showing)

Thanks for the props...here's just a couple links to some vids...final dyno tuning was done at Conely's Performance here in Houston but clutch/tires were spinning so no best final HP/TQ numbers. Was close to 800RWHP on a Mustang dyno with clutch issues. No nitrous was used on these pulls...Other dyno vid was done in Dallas at the July Jam Dyno day. Mike (Icon AutoSports) seen trying to cool down the FMIC. Was 115 degrees in the shop that day. Car made 880RWHP blowing through a Spec 5 Clutch...

The inlet tube is from the kit Bob at EPP puts together for the FMIC and plumbing. I had all the plumbing powder coated...

Looks good man. I also have an FMIC from Bob at EPP, however my tube to my intake is from ATI. The car looks sickly powerful. Get a street twin and some slicks on that mug!

An F-body does not have such a light... But the Alkycontrol kit comes with a modded tank (if you order it) that has a level sensor among other advantages...

I would spray a max of 100 shot. Your cylinder pressure is high enuff with the boost! Put it this way. Sprayed a 50 shot and ended up almost making 92 rwhp.

To much fun!! Anyway I was also considering some meth too, maybe not with the spray but for the track. I figure nitrous would hit harder but I am sure meth is a lot cheaper to run at the track. If anyone runs both regular please let me know, that's awesome stuff. Maybe some E85 if I can learn more about that stuff.
My new combo is e85 fed. Way low temps with monsterous boost

Actually, yes my 95 Z28 does have such a light. Almost all the meth injection kits come with a low level sensor in them. You can rig it up to anything you want. LED light for example.

Did you go wet or dry? Do you have a pic where you mounted the nozzle?

I want to do this really soon.

Anyone else doing anything new or have anything else to add, still trying to learn about nitrous and blowers or boost in general!
