I think most of them are custom built either at home or at a shop. Like he said, im sure it wouldn't cost any more than $40 or 50 bucks. I built my entire charge piping at a shop for under $180 but it goes over the axle.
I think blackbird has this kind of setup. I believe he used a stock ypipe and welded it in so that the flat back runs under the axle giving him the most clearance.

It will, but we have hung the rear end off of it and it holds the way we do it. You dont loose any clearance at all. You dont hit the bottom of the rear end do ya? The pipe runs under the axle tube and isnt any lower than the bottom of the pumpkin.
Its flexible so even when the rear end unloads, it will just flex.

I've never ran an over axle pipe I ran mine under the entire time, all I do to put the car on a lift is loosen the silicone coupler on the compresor housing and the"Underaxle Pipe" Slide it foward and thats it. On the lift the sway bar is what hits the pipe not the axle. Also I know its not the same for air as with water but I think theres around a 2% loss in flow for every 90* bend. The factory STS kit bends 90* up 180* down and then 90* foward. If that was water thats would be 8% loss vs going straight under the axle.
