Well the thing is its not the money its about value of the products for the money EX. say a procharger puts outs 550 rwhp for 9K and a turbo could put out 600 rwhp the turbo would be a better deal to start off with. Just examples dont take them to heart!

IMO, I think turbos are capable of putting down more power at similar boost levels. The supercharger will probably be easier to install than a traditional front mount turbo set-up, but I reckon the STS kit vs Supercharger would be about the same. With the procharger, you'll need to get the exhaust system beefed up and probably a few other things to compete with the turbo at similar levels.

Plus, if you do your homework and beef up the engine a little, all you have to do is turn the **** on the boost controller to let more boost in verses swapping out pulleys and belts, etc. Plus, no belts to break...etc.

Yes i have done my homework pretty good and a turbo would be nice but i dont have the time or the money to keep tuning and messing with a turbo. I know a boost controller is bad ***!!!!!!

For just a packaged deal I would have to say an ATI Procharger. I am a little biased because I have one but its still a tried and true system that performs. EPP has great deals on them.

I have one badass turbo setup (complete with extras) for less than a supercharger setup!

Who has to keep tuning and messing with a Turbo setup????

I messed with belts and pulleys to get the desired boost with my mods more with a SC setup then i did with my Turbo setup... plus i had to deal with belt slip....

I dont think ill ever go back to one....

Do your home work and search, plenty of turbo vs supercharger posts to draw info from. One bit of advice, have plenty of $$ on hand
